Our mission is to produce food in an ethical and God honoring manner, for our neighbors both near and far. We also strive to utilize regenerative farming practices to maintain and improve the health of the soil.
Who We Are
Sullivan Farms Pastured Poultry is a small business owned by Ken and Rebekah Sullivan. We raise quality meat chickens in Orland, CA, in northern California's beautiful Sacramento Valley. Click the button below to learn more about our farm!
Our Practices
At Sullivan Farms, chickens are raised with the utmost care. For the first three weeks, they enjoy a warm brooder with heat lamps and unlimited high-protein, non-GMO feed. Then they are moved to movable shelters on fresh grass, where they have free access to feed, water, sunshine, fresh air, and bugs. No growth hormones or antibiotics are given, and their non-GMO feed comes from a local source. After six to seven weeks, the fully grown chickens are harvested and packaged, offering a remarkable difference in taste compared to conventionally grown chicken.
